Probe Selectivity in Cell:

No effect on IRF3 and NF-κB–responsive gene expression upon SN-011 treatment in MEFs.

Probe Selectivity in Vitro:

A biotinylated SN-011 derivative (SN-012) pulled down STING, but not other components of the STING pathway; excess of SN-011, but not SN-100, competed with SN-012 for binding to tagged STING or tagged soluble STING lacking the transmembrane domain (TM) region.
