In 2002, Ioan graduated from Law School at the ‘Spiru Haret’ University in Bucharest, Romania. After he traveled the world for almost 20 years while working in the Hospitality Industry. Meanwhile, he kept following his passion for software development, learning the basics of coding in his spare time. Eventually, he broke into the industry and changed careers in 2018 when he started working as a Front-End developer for OpusVL in Rugby, UK.
In October 2019 he joined the ICR as a Front-End developer providing his skills towards the development of canSAR Black project and later on the Chemical Probes portal project.
He values the OSS and he contributes from time to time to projects like PublicCode Directory
In his spare time he loves to explore new places and play the guitar.
