@ 1 uM ARCC-4 had no effect on glucocorticoid receptor and estrogen receptor levels, while there was a modest decrease in progesterone receptor (PR) A and B levels in T47D cells.

This is a good degrader, but some data are missing that should be presented to confirm the MoA. For example, knockdown of AR, or competition experiments should be provided. In particular, the lack of proteomics data is a bit concerning as it is a vital experiment for demonstrating off-target engagement. BAVDEGALUTAMIDE is a better characterised degrader.
